Every SnapSpace includes gallery settings that allow you to control how new uploads are handled. You can include all new uploads in your publicly sharable gallery by default, or include none and individually select the items to publish.
Want to publish everything but have a chance to review? No Problem. SnapSpaces features publication delays so you can choose to have everything published by default, after a delay period you choose. Allowing you time to delete or mark private any content you don’t want in your sharable gallery.
If you decide you want to share a gallery with guests or anyone else, you can choose to make your gallery accessible via your SnapSpace’s upload page via button.
If you prefer to share with select individuals, you can do so by sending them the unique direct link to your SnapSpace gallery.
The gallery will remain accessible for the duration of your SnapSpace’s storage term.
All paid SnapSpace tiers include AI image quality rating. All uploaded images are analyzed by our AI and assigned a proprietary quality score based on a combination of sharpness, contrast, and brightness to help you quickly filter through images in your gallery and find the best content first.
Our Advanced Slideshow also leverages these ratings to help ensure only the best photos are included in any real-time event slideshows.
As a team, SnapSpaces decided we don’t want to be involved with explicit content. That’s why we have included AI-driven explicit image blocking for all SnapSpaces. All new image uploads are scanned by our AI to ensure sexually explicit material is blocked, giving you peace of mind that it won’t show up in any of your galleries, whatever the reason.
While we block and remove the images themselves, you will have a log of any blocked images with basic information about the uploading device so you can track any incidents.
If you want to feature a live slideshow at your event, SnapSpaces offers both basic and advanced slideshow features.
Our basic slideshow will shuffle all the uploads in your sharable gallery at a set rate against a black background.
Our Advanced slideshow unlocks the power of our image quality rating filters to help weed out any blurry or low-quality images if you are sharing photos in real-time at your event. In addition, the advanced slideshow allows you to shuffle all or only recent uploads, and customize slide duration and background colors.
In addition to Explicit Image Blocking, which is standard for all SnapSpaces, certain tiers offer additional moderation filters and an admin moderation gallery.
This allows you to automatically filter out certain content from your gallery and put it into the moderation gallery for manual review. We offer customizable filters to choose from such as: drug paraphernalia, extreme violence, and other content types that are not appropriate for certain audiences.
