You can configure each SnapSpace to allow uploading participants to include their email address and/or instagram handle when uploading. You can decide if these items should be optional or required for each SnapSpace.
This makes it easy for you to run any sweepstakes you may be using to incentive participation and uploads for user-generated content.
SnapSpaces platform runs entirely on the web. This means guests don’t have to download or install anything to participate. In addition, this means SnapSpaces will work on any browser, both desktop and mobile devices, and is operating system agnostic.
This also means that SnapSpaces doesn’t require any invasive camera roll or operating system access that would might cause privacy-conscious participants not to upload.
All SnapSpaces offer multi-day submission windows, allowing ample time for guests to submit in the days following an event. You could also open submissions early if you wish to collect submissions a few days ahead of the event itself.
We value your and your guests’ privacy. Your guests will not need an account to upload memories on your SnapSpace, just your QR code. You paid for it, so we won’t force them to share their personal info with us to participate in YOUR event.
As the host of your SnapSpace, you will have an account to configure and manage it.
SnapSpaces includes duplicated detection. All Files are cryptographically hashed and checked to ensure that submissions are free of duplicates. This allows people to submit without having to recall what was previously uploaded.
