Clearly stated in our terms of service is the transfer of a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual usage and derivative works license for you to leverage the content uploaded to the SnapSpaces under your account.
Each uploader warrant’s they have the consent to likeness usage of those pictured in their contributions, however we recommend that in any ticket sales, etc of your event– if it is not a public event and has a legal expectation of privacy– cover the fact that attendees may be photographed and those photos used in marketing, if that is your plan.
